I recently purged my emails and completely forgot/deleted the initial email of my order from BloomBridge a few months ago. I was worried I wouldn’t have a way to check on the order and pretty much assumed there was a good chance the delivery wouldn’t happen. As I was sitting in the parking lot of my church this morning before going inside, I saw the email saying my flowers had been delivered. I clicked on the link with the photo and there they were. I am so grateful for the timely delivery of these flowers for my mom on Mother’s Day. Thank you, BloomBridge, for not letting me down and providing a beautiful arrangement and photo to memorialize my mom this year.

Thanks to you, I don't have to spend anymore sleepless nights worrying about how I will be able to have flowers delivered to my loved ones grave. The ordering process was very easy and delivered on time and I received an email with the photo of the lovely arrangement on the grave. I was so pleased to discover BloomBridge online and ordered a subscription to have flowers delivered quarterly to my parents’ grave. After their passing, we moved halfway across the country from where I grew up. I remember my mother saying that the cemetery where she purchased the plot for my father would be convenient for us to visit after she was gone as well. I’ve often felt guilty for not being able to care for their grave and change the flowers with the seasons the way we used to when we lived nearby. That’s why it meant so much to receive a photo of the first delivery, just in time for Memorial Day. I was truly impressed by the quality and punctuality—it brought me a lot of comfort. I plan to submit my information to become a runner in the area where we now live. The idea of delivering flowers to someone else’s loved one, just as someone is doing for my parents, makes my heart happy. When I was a child, I would travel with my parents each Memorial Day weekend to place flowers at the graves of our family members. I reached out to Bloombridge for me and my siblings because we won’t have time to visit my father and grandmother’s gravesite for the holidays. Their customer service is wonderful! Kristen called me directly to verify some information and she is without a doubt the real deal! Her call in advance of delivery heightened my anticipation! She is kind and really cares about the type of service her company gives to its customers. She is thoughtful and takes time (which she probably has very little of!) to make sure you are satisfied with the end product. The flowers are lovely and I know my father and grandmother are smiling down from Heaven! They delivered the flowers 10 days earlier than expected AND on my grandmothers birthday!!
